What are the shipping charges & how long does it take to get delivered? ▲
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping for orders over Rs. 2500. For orders below Rs. 2500, the shipping charges are Rs. 200 only. Shipping typically takes 2–4 working days.
What are the exchange, return and refund policies of Lifestyle International? ›
- Any unopened product can be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- If you’ve opened the packaging and are unsatisfied, call 03134362300 for guidance.
- Choose from the following return options:
- Direct Return: Return the product directly to Lifestyle International at 1.5 Km from Main Ferozpur Road, Defence Road Kahna Nau Lahore. We’ll refund your amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
- Courier Pickup: Our partner courier will pick up the product from your delivery address. We’ll deduct Rs. 200 from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
What should I do if I receive a tampered or damaged product? ›
- Take clear photos of the product and packaging (including the seal).
- Report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@lifestyle.com.pk or messaging on WhatsApp at 03134362300.
