2. What are the shipping charges & time?
In Shipping and refund policy Free delivery above 2500,Returns should be within 7 days.
3. What are the exchange, return and refund policies for lifestyle.com.pk?
Any product may be returned within 10 days of purchase. For any product that you are not satisfied with, please call +92 313 4362300 or email us and you’ll receive instruction on how to get an exchange or a refund.
If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instruction on how to send the product back.
4. How do I return Life Style products if purchased from a different store?
If you purchased
Lifestyle products online on another website, please follow the instruction on that site for returns and refund.
If you purchased
Lifestyle products at one of our retailer partners, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund policy.
5. Does Life Style offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Life Style offers its customers an easy, secure, and most reliable method of payment for online purchases with cash on delivery (COD) across Pakistan. COD ensures that customers pay only after receiving the product. Customers can purchase their favorite products online and pay when they receive their parcel.
Please keep the following terms & conditions in view:
- Courier company will only allow customers to open the package after payment has been made.
- Please DO NOT receive the package if it appears tampered with/ opened or damaged.
- Cash on Delivery services are available for purchase under 10,000/- PKR
