We are looking for a Highly Capable Person for Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and manage a sales team, including recruitment and training.
- Foster client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching for improvement.
- Analyze market trends and provide sales forecasts.
- Manage the sales budget and conduct regular training sessions.
- Establish strategic partnerships and ensure compliance.
- Generate and present sales reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Excellent Prospecting with adequate selling skills and Brand Strategies.
- Target achiever by self-planning.
- Confident on Products with adequate knowledge.
- Ability to inspire the customer/client with excellent communication skills.
- Expertise in the detailing of products.
- Great Chamber Performance with Product Knowledge.
- Area Knowledge with excellent Product selection.
- Target achievement Strategies and Market Segmentation with Counter Marketing.
